One deadline. Seventeen blueprints. A public scoreboard.
I started SetRight Foundation because the arithmetic of 2030 no longer allows for hedged language. Seventeen goals, four and a half years, and a widening gap between what is promised at conferences and what is verified in the field. I spent the last four years writing the seventeen blueprints on this site — ventures, unit economics, capital stacks, examiner-grade budgets — and concluded that the missing piece is not another plan. It is a public scoreboard.
The Foundation exists to set standards, verify outcomes, and publish a countdown that anyone can read at a glance. It runs no ventures of its own. It funds no operating subsidies. It reallocates attention, every 180 days, to whatever is verifiably working fastest across the seventeen goals.
I am one person in July 2026. The clock is already running. Four hours a week, from enough people, is how this stops being one person's document and starts being an institution.
